These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SeenByAi.directory (the “Service”), operated by SeenByAi, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Account Registration

To create a listing, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@seenbyai.directory if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to accept these Terms on behalf of any business you list.

2. Subscriptions and Payment

SeenByAi offers a free tier and paid annual subscription plans (Standard and Premium). Paid plans are billed annually at the rates shown on our Pricing page at the time of purchase.

  • Annual billing: Your subscription is charged in full at the start of each annual period.
  • Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each annual period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal.
  • Payment processing: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

3. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. To request a refund, contact us at hello@seenbyai.directory with your account email and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

After 30 days, we do not offer refunds for the remaining portion of a subscription period. Canceling your subscription stops future charges; it does not generate a refund for the current period.

4. Listing Content and Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content in your listing. By submitting a listing, you represent that:

  • All information is true, accurate, and not misleading.
  • You have the right to use any logos, photos, or other materials included.
  • Your listing describes a real, operating business.
  • Your listing does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to users or our platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • List businesses engaged in illegal activity, adult content, or hate speech.
  • Impersonate any person, business, or entity.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without our written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam).

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SeenByAi, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your listing content as part of operating the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your account poses a risk to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. If your account is terminated for cause, you are not entitled to a refund.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard. Termination does not entitle you to a refund outside the 30-day window described above.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

We make no guarantee that your listing will appear in any AI engine response, search result, or citation. AI citation depends on factors outside our control, including the policies and training data of third-party AI providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeenByAi, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
